Frozen yogurt with blueberries and walnuts is maybe not as exciting as the black pepper version, but delicious nonetheless. Summer in a bowl due to the blueberries with some crunch in it from the broken walnuts. I prefer it to be like soft serve ice cream instead of freezing it completely. One of the reasons is that I can quickly mix in some extra fresh blueberries before I eat it. It has a slightly sour flavor and is very refreshing on a warm day.

Instructions, Frozen yogurt with blueberries and walnuts:

The only thing you need is a food processor or a blender. Put the frozen blueberries together with the honey and yogurt into the blender. Blend until smooth, turn off the blender. Taste the frozen yogurt and add extra honey to taste.

Pour the ice cream into a container and stir in the broken walnuts. Place into the freezer until it reaches the thickness you prefer. Don’t forget to stir it occasionally. If you own an ice maker, you can use that instead of putting the ice into the freezer. I used my ice cream maker for ten minutes. It was as soft as soft serve ice cream when I ate it, delicious. If you ask me it’s also best to eat it as soft as soft serve ice cream.

If your Frozen yogurt is soft enough, stir in some fresh blueberries before you eat it. For Garnish use some more blueberries and walnuts.

Enjoy!
