Frozen yogurt Piña colada, I love Piña colada especially the non-virgin version 😉 however, for this recipe, I prefer it without the alcohol. My husband also loves this cocktail, and we have fond memories to a soccer match we watched in Venice during the world championship in 2006. We watched the match between Serbia and Montenegro – The Netherlands. We won, and we had a fantastic time in that little bar drinking too many Piña coladas. Somehow this drink inspired me now.

Yoghurtijs Piña colada

Instructions, Frozen yogurt Piña colada:

The only thing you need is a food processor or a blender. Put the frozen pineapple together with the sugar, yogurt, and coconut milk into the blender. Blend until smooth, turn off the blender. Taste the frozen yogurt and add sugar to taste.

Pour the ice cream into a container and place into the freezer until it reaches the thickness you prefer. Don’t forget to stir it occasionally. If you own an ice cream maker, you can use that instead of putting the ice into the freezer. I used my ice cream maker for ten minutes. It was as soft as soft serve ice cream when I ate it, delicious. If you ask me, that is also the desired thickness for this ice cream.

Stir in some fresh pineapple before you eat it. For Garnish use some broken coconut pieces
