This week eating again once fries, it found that there had to something healthy. So it was a quick beet salad with goat cheese and walnuts. Very tasty and easy to make, plus so ready. I have no salt added to the beet salad, we found it tasty without salt. Anyway, feel free to add salt naturally.
Preparation 10 minutes, cooking time 5 minutes.
Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 500 grams of cooked beets
- 125g goat’s cheese
- 125 grams of walnuts
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
Preparation beet salad:
Grate the beets with a coarse grater into a bowl or dish. Crumble the goat cheese and break the walnuts into pieces, save 25 grams of whole walnuts for garnish.
Mix 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon honey. Mix the beets with cheese (reserving some for garnish goat cheese) and walnuts. Add the dressing and mix well.
Garnish the salad with goat cheese and walnuts you aside.
